These annual awards were made at packed gathering at the Rose Hotel Tralee in Tralee. Lyreacrompane Heritage Group was amongst the finalists and came away with a Gold Award and a cheque for €1000. A large group from Lyreacrompane attended the sit-down meal and heard speeches from a number of invited guests including Moira Murrell, Manager, Kerry County Council.
